A clear request button connects your existing website to the quoting workflow. Customers can send the details you need while you keep control of rates, review and availability.
1. Prepare your DriveLink request page
Create your operator account, verify your email, accept the required legal documents, confirm your pricing and activate a vehicle category. Preview the customer page and test a quote before publishing. Your company link becomes stable at first publication.
You can optionally publish a website link and a city or area label, and choose whether to show your business email and phone. These contact choices do not add publication requirements.
2. Add a clear request link to your website
Copy the published URL from DriveLink and use it as the destination of a Request a transfer quote button. Useful places include your main navigation, airport-transfer service page and contact page. Describe the action as a quote request because a booking still needs your confirmation.
Most website editors let you add a button and paste a destination URL. A normal link is enough: customers open the hosted DriveLink page to complete their request. Custom domains are not currently available.
3. Reuse the same link in customer conversations
Add the request link to your email signature and use it when replying to a customer who has not yet provided all the journey details. A short explanation helps: Please enter your pick-up, destination, time, passengers and luggage here so we can prepare your offer.
Customers can complete the request in Italian or English without creating an account. A link in a message opens the same page as a link on your website, keeping the required journey details consistent.
4. Check what happens after submission
In supervised mode, the request waits for your review. In automatic mode, safely priced requests receive an offer immediately; cases needing a decision still come back to you. After the customer accepts, confirm availability to create the calendar entry and driver summary.
Your public request page is a destination for the links you share. Keep your own website's service descriptions, coverage information and contact details useful and up to date so visitors understand what your business offers before requesting a quote.
